Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, within 3 business days. Many orders ship on the same day.
For delivery within the US, orders orders will be shipped ground. Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow up to up to 5 business days for delivery. Shiping charges are based on the weight of your order and your shipping location. For shipping outside of the US, please see our international orders policy.
If you have an order that needs to be expedited, please call us directly. Expedited orders may incur an expedited processing fee as well as a higher shipping charge for faster delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Sweetwater Organics LLC due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Sweetwater Organics LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sweetwater Organics LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Sweetwater Organics LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Ordering and Payment
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Sweetwater Organics LLC gift certificate codes. Payment is processed at the time of order. You will be given an invoice number when your order is submitted, and you will be sent a confirmation e-mail of your order. Unless a required coupon code is specified, all advertised discounts and sale prices are automatically calculated at checkout. Coupon codes may be entered just under the checkout button on your shopping cart. Discount codes are valid only when entered on the website before an order is submitted. Please do not click on the "submit" button if you have not entered a coupon code you wish to use. Coupon codes will not be honored after an order has been submitted.
International Orders
We currently do not ship internationally at this time. If you would like to ship a purchase internationally, please contact us directly and we will make additional arrangements.
Return Policy
30 Day Return Policy
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify for exchange or store credit. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return.
When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be credited.
Free Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but replacement products requested in exchange for returned products are shipped free of charge.
Exchange or Store Credit Only
Products may be returned for exchange or for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
Wholesale Policy
Sweetwater Organics LLC offers a generous wholesale program with merchandising support and complimentary creation of custom gift sets. All we require are a business name and merchant number to open a wholesale account. Feel free to call us with questions; we would love to go over our best-sellers and help you decide which items are the best match for your demographic.
